This site houses a complete up to date copy of the public register of Notifications made under the Law.

You can Notify on-line by clicking on the box
Your Notification will be submitted electronically and the notification fee should be sent in accordance with the instructions given at the end of the on-line process.
If you do not wish to Notify on-line, you may complete the Request for Notification form, which is also included in the Notification Handbook; then e-mail, post or fax it to this office.
AMENDING AN EXISTING NOTIFICATION OR ONE IN PROGRESS
It is a requirement of the Law that the details in a Notification are kept up to date.
