You can use this Online Self Assessment to determine whether notification is required.

If you know that notification is required there is no need to use the Self Assessment.

TO AMEND AN EXISTING OR DRAFT NOTIFICATION

If you wish to amend an existing notification that is in progress, or if you have been sent a Draft Part 1 Notification Form in the post that you wish to complete online, first make sure that you have made a note of the notification reference number, then click the button below.

TO CREATE A NEW NOTIFICATION

You will now be guided step-by-step through the process of notifying.

The state of the form is saved as each step of the process is completed. It is therefore possible to complete the form over an extended period of time; however to do this the 'notification reference' that appears in red on the top right of each page must be noted and supplied on returning to the site. Alternatively you can use your browser to 'bookmark' the page of the form you have got to. If at any stage you wish to return to an earlier stage that you have completed in an online session, you may use the 'back' button on your browser to make amendments.
