YOU ARE UNDER NO REQUIREMENT TO NOTIFY

Individuals who are processing personal data for personal, family or household affairs are exempt from notification and most of the other provisions of the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001.

Data controllers who are exempt from notification may choose to notify voluntarily.

All other data controllers who are exempt from notification must comply with the other provisions of the Law.
