Where the registrable particulars represent sole traders the data may be regarded as personal data, but are exempt under Section 34 from the subject information provisions, the fourth data protection principle and the non-disclosure provisions as the data comprise public information.

The contact information and banking details are confidential and not subject to public disclosure.
